The ANTENA Project, a capacity building cooperation project co-funded by the Erasmus + program of the European Union, recently completed and published a management guide for the international relations officers (IRO) of Philippine higher education institutions.

The IRO management guidebook, a key output of the ANTENA Project, offers rich advice on developing and implementing internationalization strategy, marketing and communication, and sustainability and fundraising. It contains sections on best practices, issues, and challenges related to internationalization of education, and an overview of the Philippine government’s internationalization initiatives implemented from 1987 to the present which includes assessments of internationalization programs, training plans, multi-sectoral cooperation and international academic mobility, and brand and value building.

ANTENA Project is a capacity building cooperation project co-funded by the Erasmus + program of the European Union. Partners include the Ateneo de Manila University, Benguet State University, Central Luzon State University, De La Salle University, Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology, Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Saint Louis University, University of the Philippines, the University of San Carlos, Xavier University–Ateneo de Cagayan, and the Commission on Higher Education.
